Well is the 1st of the month, yet again and the challenge this month at http://claritystampchallenge.blogspot.co.uk is Wee folk.
We had the hardest time picking the top 5 this month. You must see the entries, amazing is the word, thank you everyone who entered.
Congratulations to the winner and top 5.
Today here we had all four seasons, driving rain, blue skies, hailstones, lying more than an inch deep.
But as it is spring I wanted to do something colourful.
I hope you like it.
Background colours and distress ink pens use to colour the tree and the flowers.
A canvas board, and the one of the moon masks. gentle blending of the colours to create the sky.
Grunge paste through the stencil and while still wet, carving the features into the tree.
Brushes and mountain mask to create the mountains and the land.
Wee folk sets 3 & 4 stamped with some of the colours used to create the background.
I also used the large toadstools and ferns for some perspective
The flowers, tree were all colours using the distress ink pens.
A little subtle glitter on the wings and the moon and the scene was complete.
Wish I could show the twinkle in the photo.
Everything used is available on the Clarity Website,at http://www.claritystamp.co.uk
Well hopefully you will get a little inspiration from my project and the
beautiful projects from all the team.
Don’t forget a voucher for the Winner of £50.00, go on give it a go.
Can’t wait to see yours.
Good luck and by for now.
